You will be responsible for: Recruiting front line, back-office, and cross-border roles in Banking or Financial industry Conducting, sourcing and CV screening candidates through various platforms to build your own portfolio of candidates Perform interviews & selection process for candidates, manage and organize the internal information resources Maintain a close relationship with existing clients by providing advisory and industry knowledge Business travel needed We expect you to be: Higher Diploma or above with excellent communications and interpersonal skills Preferably with 5-year working experiences (Particularly experience in recruitment firm in-house TA or China new business is highly preferred)Result-oriented with self- driven spirit Fluent in Mandarin Fresh graduates who could thrive in a competitive environment are also welcomed.
