Role Overview The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for the Hong Kong market and/or key financial clients from Southern China. The role involves exploring new business opportunities through multiple channels and participating in bidding and tendering within the administrative and ministerial sectors. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and senior management to generate new sales opportunities. Identify and capitalize on opportunities within client engagements. Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to inform sales strategies. Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts and reports. Drive marketing and awareness programs, including hosting joint events and workshops with partners and clients. Engage in both hunting and farming with a proven track record. Conduct consultative solution selling and collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs. Articulate emerging technologies such as digital transformation, AI, Data, CRM, Testing, and Cloud. Lead bids, respond to RFPs, and structure commercial proposals for presentation to senior clients. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. At least 7 years of relevant experience in consultative selling of IT Solutions and Services, preferably with strong FSI connections. Proven client engagement and sales skills to develop and maintain customer relationships. Successful track record in sales performance. Exceptional customer relationship management skills, with the ability to engage with senior executives. Motivated, goal-oriented, persistent, and skilled in negotiation. Results-driven with a passion for exceeding targets. Ability to work independently and in team environments. Proficiency in Microsoft Power Point for developing compelling presentations. Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
