Responsibilities Collect and analyze business requirements from end-user and translate requirements into system specification Collaborate with various business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements Create and modify application programs to meet user needs using various programming languages Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams to ensure the successful implementation of systems re-modernization.

Analysis data, define data quality metrics, identify data transformation and mapping logic.

Define data migration plan and reconciliation strategies, implement the data transformation.

Assist the UAT, troubleshooting and implementation support.

Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Computing Science, Mathematics, or relevant Minimum 8 years of work experience in IT field Domain knowledge in loan/credit processing systems, and core-banking systems is preferred Proficiency in data modelling, data mapping, and transformation techniques.
