(Senior) Vice President – Sales and Marketing, Asia Pacific (Working Location: Asia)Drive new business revenue by developing new customers, originating placement deals and progressing new business opportunities in aircraft leasing, sales, and remarketing; Lead lease negotiations, contract structuring, and collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth transactions and successful deal closures; Generate and co-ordinate aircraft leasing and portfolio trading projects, mainly within the Asia Pacific region as requested; Conduct industry research, analyze market trends, and assess credit risks to provide strategic insights that drive business growth; Establish and maintain strong relationships with airline customers, financial institutions, OEMs, and other key industry stakeholders; Represent CALC Group at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and business opportunities; Perform ad-hoc duties and business travel as assigned by the company. Requirements: Relevant education background in Business, Finance, Aviation or related field; At least 8 years’ experience in the aviation related industry, with certain years’ experience in aircraft leasing, focusing on sales and marketing; Strong understanding of the Asia Pacific aviation market, business models, and leasing structures; Successful track record of placing new and used aircraft; Expertise in contract negotiation and deal structuring; Strong business acumen with excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills; Self-motivated, good team player, customer-focused, result-oriented; Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
