Job Responsibilities Assist in developing new products and services for digital banking channels Manage the project life cycle Prepare MIS reports and provide information and analytical support Handle MPF/ORSO enquiries at service counters Process personal account enquiries and from scheme members Assist members of the public to lodge complaints Ensure compliance with all applicable laws Prepare and submit all required regulatory reports Familiarity with system migration projects Perform and review the stress testing program Maintain updated departmental policy & procedure Develop and implement operational strategies Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, or Commerce Minimum of 10-15+ years of experience in Operations Proficiency in both English and Chinese (spoken and written)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Robust computer literacy and high numeracy skills Good personal integrity and control mindset Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Experience in Chinese financial institutions would be an advantage Sound knowledge of common investment products Working Conditions Night-shift and flexible working hours are required.
