Position Overview This role involves providing functional support on Calypso, TBricks, Imagine, and several in-house systems to users, performing health checks, incident management, managing change requests, configuring system monitoring, maintaining documentation, and supporting IT security and audit reviews. The role also leads projects related to new system and server deployment and performs other tasks as directed by the manager. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an IT-related discipline from a prestigious institution.5-8 years of experience in system support for securities trading systems. Good knowledge of SQL. Proficiency in Windows and Linux server commands and shell scripting. Understanding of server and network infrastructure. Proven problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure. Willingness to work morning shifts (from 7 am) and on weekends with compensation. Additional Advantages Business knowledge of equity derivative products and business flows. Understanding of HKEX trading rules, market behavior, and trading cycles. Knowledge of HKEX derivative products, structured products, and market making rules. Experience with Python, VBA, or other scripting languages.
