The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of relevant experience and possess a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape in the region. Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth research and analysis of the Greater China healthcare market, including trends, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics. Develop investment theses and provide actionable insights to support trading and investment decisions. Collaborate with a cross-functional team covering auto, TMT, and other sectors, ensuring a holistic approach to market analysis. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and clients, articulating findings and recommendations clearly. Monitor and analyze company performance, financial metrics, and market developments within the healthcare sector. Build and maintain relationships with industry experts, company management, and other stakeholders to gather insights and data. Contribute to team initiatives and projects, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Qualifications: Over 6 years of experience in healthcare analysis, investment research, or related fields within a financial services environment. Strong understanding of the Greater China healthcare market, including key players, trends, and regulatory frameworks. Must be able to read and write Chinese. Proven ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis, with a focus on financial modeling and valuation techniques. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Proficiency in financial software and tools, with advanced Excel skills.
