Limited Apply Now Job Highlights Product owner to manage the product lifecycle Project planning, execution, and coordination Hands-on experience in Microsoft D365 Job Description Responsibilities: Be the Product owner to manage the product lifecycle of the responsible solutions and ensure the product quality, performance and ROI in supporting business needs Working closely with Business Project Manager and the Business Users for the solution implementation and delivery Play a key role in the solution implementation, deployment and support from requirement study, systems analysis and design, development, integration, implementation to maintenance and support Project Management: Responsible for project planning, execution, and coordination. Collaborate with stakeholders and partners for successful project delivery System Administration: Configuring and Maintaining the D365 system, managing system parameters, and ensuring alignment with business requirements. Support user roles, security settings, and data access controls System Enhancement: Collaborate with the vendors and key users to identify opportunities for system improvement. Participate in planning, testing, and deploying system upgrades or customizations to optimize performance and efficiency Data Management and Reporting: Assist in data management tasks, including imports, exports, and integrity checks. Generate and distribute reports and analytics to support decision-making. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, security and compliance. Collaborate with teams to address data-related issues User Support and Training: Provide user support, promptly resolve inquiries and issues, and offer guidance on D365 functionalities. Collaborate with users, gather feedback, and develop user documentation and training materials to enhance system knowledge and adoption Requirements: Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in ERP solutions implementation and support, F&B industry is preferred Sound knowledgement on D365 system configuration, security management, and troubleshooting, ensuring the smooth system operations Hands-on experience in administering the Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations system is a must Comprehensive understanding of financial, supply chain and operational processes within an organization Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling the identification and resolution of complex system issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, facilitating effective interaction with end-users and stakeholders. Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment, fostering productivity and efficiency. Demonstrated project management skills and effective prioritization abilities to successfully handle multiple tasks. Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and related technologies is advantageous for comprehensive system administration. Good analytical and interpersonal skills, open minded Good command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin Willing to travel and support different overseas projects Candidate with less experience will be considated as Assistant Manager.
