Job Duties Oversee project management of all related tasks within the project lifecycle, formulate project plan and risk management plan. Responsible for the development project for financial and CRM system, and participate in the design and coding of the core system. Build high availability and scalability of services, and tackle key and difficult technologies. Optimize and fix bugs of various system functions of the backend server. Good communication skills and lead a small team. Job Requirements Higher Diploma or above.5 years working experience in backend development and project management experience. Good knowledge and experience in PHP is highly preferable. Familiar with common open-source frameworks. Experience in My SQL database, proficient in SQL tuning and data structure design. Familiar with Linux system, Linux Web development platform and tools (e.g., configuration optimization of Nginx server, etc). Self-motivated and able to work independently.
