Reporting to the Global Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be accountable for managing the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process for candidates and hiring managers. Utilise Linked In and other platforms for proactive candidate sourcing while building a diverse talent pipeline across various regions. Build strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to ensure alignment on hiring needs and progress updates. Identify areas for process enhancement within the recruitment lifecycle; lead initiatives to improve efficiency and candidate experience. Cultivate candidate relationships before, during, and after hiring processes, building strong talent pools. WHAT YOU WILL NEEDMinimum of three years of experience in an in-house recruitment role with a focus on international hiring. Proven track record in direct sourcing across multiple countries, particularly within Europe. Strong project management skills with a continuous improvement mindset. Native-level proficiency in written and oral English; additional languages are a plus.
