Our Operations Team ensures customers can operate seamlessly on our platform and guarantee the best customer experience possible. About the Role: Own onboarding performance and metrics such as conversion, onboarding speed, rejection rate, etc. Manage the country onboarding specialist. Manage the onboarding forms and communications, including their localization. Create the onboarding strategy and develop an effective, scalable, and cost-effective onboarding infrastructure & organization. Work closely with key stakeholders such as Product, Sales, and Compliance, to rally everyone around creating strong and effective onboarding experiences, processes, and strategy. Troubleshoot and investigate onboarding issues and liaise with relevant stakeholders to resolve them. Be the PIC and report onboarding performance and updates to relevant stakeholders. Design and maintain the onboarding policies, processes, and reporting. Minimum Qualifications: Minimum 7 years of experience with a track record in a leadership role in tech or financial services. Experience in onboarding, customer success, or sales operations. Highly self-driven and take initiative consistently. You make things happen today versus tomorrow and are hands-on when needed. Ability to build from scratch, as well as create & implement a strategy to bring the scope to the next level and prioritize tasks & targets in a highly unstructured environment. Ability to build a team of A players and coach your team, understanding how to address strengths and weaknesses, and leverage new opportunities to elevate the team.
