Team Head, System Development Team (circa 75k-100k, Banking and finance industry)Job Duties & Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of system developers, fostering effective collaboration and coordination. Oversee system development and implementation projects, including local clearing, Faster Payment System, customer service support, data warehousing, and various reporting functions. Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards. Prioritize projects and allocate resources in alignment with business needs and strategic objectives. Identify and mitigate risks in system development, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and stay abreast of industry trends and best practices. Evaluate team performance, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate staff development through targeted training. Manage stakeholder relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Studies or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in application/software development, with at least 6 years in solution design and project management. At least 6 years of experience in the banking industry. Experienced with ASP. NET, C#, and SQL Server. Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, organized, independent, and detail-oriented environment.
