The role: Lead and manage technical projects related to cryptocurrency trading, from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, compliance, and operations, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to ensure timely delivery of all project milestones. Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impacts on deliverables and timelines. Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications, ensuring stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process. Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to senior management and making adjustments as necessary. Facilitate agile project management processes, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, to ensure efficient workflow and continuous improvement. Ensure the implementation of best practices in project management and adherence to compliance regulations within the cryptocurrency trading environment. What you offer: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.5+ years of experience in project management within a technology-driven environment, with a focus on trading or financial services, preferably in the cryptocurrency sector. Strong understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency trading platforms would be ideal. Proven experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) and software development cycles. PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
