Responsibilities
Selling and dispatching tickets and related products using WKCDA’s computerized ticketing system, and issuing prepaid tickets to patrons during performances;
Handling general inquiries and customer feedback in line with the Ticketing team’s Customer Service Policy and Procedures;
Capturing patron data in compliance with regulatory directives;
Executing routine tasks within operational guidelines, especially regarding financial transactions and PCI compliance;
Maintaining communication with colleagues regarding ticket sales and customer service; and
Handling ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Secondary school qualification or above;
Preferably 1 year of relevant experience in a cash-handling or customer-focused environment;
Patience and politeness under pressure, especially during busy periods;
Effective communication skills with a good telephone manner;
Willingness to work weekends and public holidays as per duty roster;
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese; additional languages are an advantage;
Availability to work at least 2 days per week.
