Your insights will help us understand our financial performance. Budgeting: Participate in the annual budgeting process and help forecast expenses, contributing to our financial planning. Reporting Enhancement: Improve the timeliness and quality of management reports to support data-driven decision-making. Team Collaboration: Partner with business units to foster efficiency and optimize expense management. Automation Projects: Assist in automating report preparation and expense allocation processes, including user acceptance testing (UAT). System Support: Maintain expense management systems like COUPA and Anaplan to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field with 3+ years of experience in expense management or financial analysis. Experience working with large datasets and automating tasks using VBA macros; experience with system implementation and UAT is a plus. Proficiency in data visualization tools, especially Microsoft Power BI. Knowledge of SAP and Anaplan is beneficial. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English and Cantonese. Candidates with less experience may be considered for a Senior Analyst role.
