About the Team The Program Management Function is responsible for driving Pan-Asia strategic initiatives (Ae J) on a front-to-back basis across business, infrastructure, internal control and regulatory change verticals.
In addition, the team provides leadership on initiatives aimed at achieving operational excellence and implementing best practices regionally.
Responsibilities Drive cross functional transformation initiatives including strategic business development, regulatory change, and process/infrastructure optimization etc, including Programme Management Office (PMO) support in monitoring, managing and governing programme execution.
Lead complex market initiatives, starting with low-touch business programs, across the full project lifecycle.
Manage and direct project governance meetings, including preparation of material, documenting actions and coordination with key stakeholders.
Ensure strong governance and internal control embedded as part of any change initiatives.
Identify opportunities to improve organisational processes supporting business growth and cost efficiency.
Skills & Experience Extensive experience in business management across global markets, with a strong track record in cross-border, cross-functional programs including process re-engineering and implementation of electronic trading platforms.
Demonstrate keen judgment and poise when managing demanding stakeholder relationships with professional acumen.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with a considerable degree of autonomy.
