Responsibilities Responsible for the overall framework and process design of cross-border payment-related products, as well as the interaction and UI design of corresponding activities. Work closely with fiat currency deposit and withdrawal products, understand key products such as channels and P2 P, and provide excellent and reasonable design solutions based on product requirements. Ensure the products you are responsible for are convenient and usable, with a good user experience. Promote the improvement of experience issues and the upgrade of user satisfaction. Gain insights into industry and competitor strategies, analyze online data effects, adjust and optimize design solutions based on analysis, and promote implementation. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in a design-related field. Overseas study experience is preferred. Over 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, with experience in user growth design and motion/visual design being a plus. Proficient in design software such as Figma and Adobe. Strong product and interaction thinking, and business understanding. Capable of participating in user research and product design. Strong comprehension and communication skills. Able to communicate efficiently with product and business teams, balancing business goals and user experience goals. Strong execution skills. Able to efficiently produce design solutions in different directions. Experience or keen on financial trading, digital currency, blockchain, and Web 3 is preferred.
