If you have a borderline obsession with details and know how to leverage AI to work smarter, you are exactly who we are looking for What You'll Be Doing Lead the end-to-end UI design for our web products, aligning with user needs, industry trends, and brand identity.
Dive deep into competitor analysis and user behavior to create comprehensive design systems that scale.
Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to deliver intuitive, high-quality UI solutions, including layouts, icons, and color schemes.
Use data-driven insights to constantly polish the user experience, focusing on our e-commerce and learning modules.
Requirements: Degree or Diploma holder in a design-related field.3+ years of UX/UI design experience in the web and/or mobile app industry (e-commerce or LMS product experience is a plus).
Strong portfolio demonstrating responsive web design, proven UX workflow and design techniques.
Proficiency in various design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Photoshop is a must.
Experience in animation/micro-interactions (Adobe After Effects, Lottie) is a plus.
Experience with prototyping tools like Figma is a plus.
Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
Solid visual design skills, including typography, layout, and color theory.
Familiarity with user testing methodologies and data-driven design approach.
Experience with design systems and design documentation.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into clear design solutions and communicate research findings, conceptual ideas, and design rationale.
Utilise industry design standards and best practices to define and implement design criteria by a variety of methods to convey ideas and concepts (e.g.
personas, user flow diagrams, wireframes, design prototypes, etc).
Interest in Ed Tech and AI-powered design workflows is a plus.
Basic Knowledge in HTML production, HTML5, CSS3, Java Script.
Fluent in Cantonese and English.
