Overview An exciting opportunity as arising in a global corporate bank for a Vice President Senior Relationship Managerto join the Corporate Bankingteam in Hong Kong to develop business with TMT-relatedcorporates.
Role Responsiblities Reporting into the Team Head, you will focus on developing business with TMT corporate clients in China by providing debt financing, advisory services, and other wholesale banking products Work with team members including client relationship managers/deal team members, product specialists and other stakeholders to originate new business with clients, develop ongoing client relationships, execute new deals including financings and monitoring / maintaining existing portfolio.
Be responsible, and a knowledge of other wholesale banking products is required.
Given the relative seniority of the role, the individual would be expected to have the capability and experience to lead transactions, coordinating with other product teams and contributing effectively to the strategy for building and growing the business within the region.
Developing presentation material and pitches to clients leading to new mandates.
Developing and managing client relationships, formulating client/sector strategy, leading origination efforts, assisting with deal structuring, credit analysis Lead internal approval process and legal documentation on transactions Coordinating with relevant product teams to deliver multi-product solutions to clients and achieving cross-sell and return objectives.
Identify and monitor developments and opportunities within the TMT/healthcare sectors Requirements: Bachelor degree, preferably in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines9 year(s)' relevant experience in TMT sector experience, modelling and structuring experience, a good credit grounding.
