Job Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies for acquiring, growing, and retaining High Net Worth (HNW) customers to meet business objectives and enhance customer experience.
Conduct market research and analyze customer behavior and needs to propose actionable initiatives for customer acquisition, cross-selling, service upgrades, loyalty enhancement, and retention, aligned with the strategic sub-segments’ value proposition.
Collaborate closely with product and channel teams to offer suitable products and services that holistically meet target customers’ needs, ultimately increasing the profitability of the HNW segments.
Plan, implement, and monitor sales activities, marketing campaigns, and customer events.
Conduct evaluations and reviews to ensure efficient use of the approved marketing budget.
Work with counterparts to develop user-friendly and cost-effective sales and service platforms, aiming to improve customer experience at various touchpoints.
Provide guidance and coaching to subordinates to ensure they are competent in their roles.
Support marketing and loyalty programs for the private banking segment.
Qualifications and Attributes Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
At least 10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in HNW / prestige customer segment marketing and the banking field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong quantitative and analytical abilities.
Self-motivated with great attention to detail.
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
