Lead a team to manage a mixed portfolio of Non-Bank FI (NBFI) customers. Solicit new business from NBFI customers. Coach and supervise a team of staff members. A skilled business communicator and negotiator. Experience in mainland banking is preferred. Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin. Formulate strategies to provide different services. Provide all-rounded banking services to customers. Minimum 3 years’ working experience in retail banking. Develop and implement effective strategies for customer segmentation. Minimum 8 years relevant banking experience. Develop marketing campaigns and initiatives. Knowledge of offshore US dollar bonds is a must. Bachelor Degree holder in finance.
