VP, Cash Management (Product) Transaction Banking
Position: VP, Transaction Banking (Cash Product & Implementation) at a well‑established corporate bank.
Role Responsibilities:
Assist the Head of Transaction Banking (Cash Management) to expand transaction business in Hong Kong.
Facilitate and lead the implementation of transaction banking products in Hong Kong.
Create implementation plans for transaction banking products, addressing law, regulations, technology, resources, risks and obtain necessary approvals.
Assist in product planning and provide ideas and suggestions for designing transaction banking products.
Lead responses to examination requests from Quality Assurance, Legal & Compliance, Internal and External Auditors, Regulators, etc.
Follow up on implementation plans, monitor progress and arrange system testing, procedure updates, reporting, and other necessary activities.
Collaborate with Head office to generate ideas and suggestions for product design and related matters, maximizing business opportunities while minimizing and controlling risks within compliance, technology, and resource constraints.
Requirements:
6–10 years’ experience in transaction banking cash product management and/or implementation.
Strong knowledge of transaction banking products, including related laws, regulations, and risk controls.
Independent, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
