  Responsibilities: Oversee the end-to-end transfer agency operations, including investor onboarding, transactions processing, settlements, reconciliations, and reporting.

Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, improve client experience, and drive business growth.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices, staying abreast of regulatory changes and implementing necessary updates.

Manage and develop a high-performing team, providing leadership, guidance, and mentoring to drive individual and team performance.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as sales, legal, compliance, and finance, to ensure seamless end-to-end client service delivery.

Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and proactively addressing any issues or concerns.

Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs), implementing measures to continuously improve operational performance and meet client expectations.

Drive process enhancements and automation initiatives to streamline operations and enhance productivity.

Prepare and present reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations on operational performance, risks, and opportunities.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.

Advanced degree or professional certifications are a plus.

Extensive experience in transfer agency operations within the trustee or asset management industry.

Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to transfer agency operations.

Proven track record of managing and leading high-performing teams.

Exceptional client relationship management skills with a client-centric mindset.

Strategic thinker with the ability to drive operational excellence and implement process improvements.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.

Results-oriented with a focus on achieving targets and delivering high-quality service.

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Strong understanding of technology and systems used in transfer agency operations.

Fluency in English and Chinese languages.
