Responsibilities: Key role to drive & support business to work on projects / process streamline related to Consumer banking project, risk control process enhancement de system project etc.
Revamp, design & build up best practice for Consumer Bank to facilitate branch selling & uplift customer experience, enhance operation efficiency as well as formalize preventive operational control.
The associate will be driving the project / process enhancement from reguirement gathering & finalization with IT Development team, monitor UAT progress de launch deployment.
Oversee of project timeline is the key role of this associate to ensure smooth project delivery.
Conduct analysis of business process and make recommendation on system changes so that process and procedure can be streamlined and achieve work efficiency Follow l T standard to raise user requirements and conduct User Acceptance Test to ensure IT deliverables can meet our expectation.
Produce User Acceptance Test plan and manage User Acceptance Test resource to ensure User Acceptance Test is well organized and conducted Produce production live test cases and conduct live test to ensure successful implementation of technology solutions in production.
Conduct production support.
Collaborate with Business, IT, Operations, Finance and relevant stakeholders to follow the project plans for the implementation of business projects Communicate effectively with end users and work with stakeholders to prioritize projects and tasks Requirement: University Degree Holder in Management Science/ Statistics/ Computer Science, or related discipline4-6 years of experience in banking, with exposure to risk control and relevant qualification Minimum 1-2 years solid experience in IT project management.
Good knowledge of banking operations and the local Regulatory requirements Foundational understanding of IT, business planning/monitoring and financial analysis Excellent English and Chinese writing skills, preferably with experience in technical and/or operation manual writing Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)Applicants who are not contacted within 8 weeks may consider their applications unsuccessful and their personal data will be retained by the bank for a period up to two years.
