Exciting new role for you You will be responsible for marketing and selling Japan equity products to Japan institutional clients. Essential activity is maintaining strong relationships with existing clients for sustainable growth of business. You will provide the latest market information and investment advice to clients promptly. Promoting our brand through internal Analysts and Corporate Access in support of IR meeting arrangements, Conferences, and Reverse IRs with all those feedback. You are expected to maintain collaborative work relationships with global sales for frequent exchange of internal feedback & sharing information to drive equity businesses. Assist in all ad-hoc projects as assigned. Requirements Minimum 3~5 years of Japan equity sales experience focusing on Japan financial institutional clients. Outstanding communicator with experience giving presentations and speaking in public, good command of written and spoken Cantonese and English. Japanese speaker is highly advantageous. Solid understanding of sales and trading business, profound knowledge of Japanese and international capital markets, and the firm’s products and services. Possess extensive contacts in the broker-dealer community, Strong interpersonal skills, and a good team player able to work together with other business functions. University degree holder in finance, business administration or relevant discipline.
