Role Description Provide regular market updates on investment and insurance products to customers. Identify customer needs and opportunities continuously. Provide quality and professional services to customers. Develop and strengthen relationships with customers. Qualifications University-level education, preferably in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline. Passing IIQE levels 1, 3, 4, 5 is advantageous (HKSI levels 1, 7, 8 are a plus). Minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience, preferably in finance planning or wealth management. Good presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in written and spoken Cantonese and Mandarin; English is optional. Ability to adapt well in a service-oriented environment. Deep understanding of mainland culture and practices. Candidates under the Immigration Arrangements for Non-local Graduates (IANG) are welcome. Candidates without a wealth management background will also be considered.
