This role involves regular process reviews, workflow enhancements, and the development and execution of the CDD policy and procedures for We Lab. You will work closely with the FCC, Product, and Operations Risk teams to leverage the latest technology in building a new KYC process and banking experience for our We Lab customers. What you’ll do and what success looks like in this role: Conduct and review KYC on individual customers for periodic reviews, trigger events, and relevant account maintenance. Responsible for process reviews, workflow enhancements, and process automation under the Bank's policies. This includes customer onboarding, periodic reviews, and trigger events. Provide support for operations activities, including account maintenance, investigations, and services. Prepare MIS reports for management review on capacity and ensure the team adheres to agreed SLA. Participate in projects on new process/service development, automation of new processes, and system enhancements/UAT to improve operational efficiency and customer experience. What Is Required And What We’re Looking For Solid experience in Banking Operations, including account onboarding, maintenance, and individual account services. Sound knowledge of the HK Retail Banking KYC or CDD framework. Familiarity with HK regulatory requirements. Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. Organized, responsible, and driven for excellence. Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Assistant Manager position.
