What you’ll do and what success looks like in this role

Formulate wealth customer acquisition strategy and lead the execution of sales and marketing activities to deliver business targets (customer growth, volume, AUM, and revenue)
Optimize working relationship with stakeholders, functions, teams and partners to identify customer needs, including market research, focus groups, industry analysis and insights
Create, improve and manage product, process and digital experience to keep delighting customers
Work with fund partners in product curation, on-shelfing, reviewing, assessment and maintenance
Play a key role in establishing the tech/operational infrastructure

What is required and what we’re looking for

University degree or above
Minimum 8 years of working experience in wealth management, asset management or banking industry, of which minimum 5 years in mutual fund product/distribution role
A growth hacker with competitive, strong entrepreneurial and start-up mind set
Hands-on experience in fund distribution at banking set-up with good understanding of regulatory regime a big plus
Excellent numerical analytical skill
Sound knowledge of digital channel efficiency in wealth customer engagement
Strong written and verbal communications, analytical, problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and to prioritise and deliver high quality work
Self-motivated. Should have a collaborative approach and be a team player with great sense of ownership
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Manager
