The West Kowloon Cultural District Authority welcomes exceptional talent with a passion to realise the vision and mission of making the West Kowloon Cultural District a prime local and international destination for arts, culture and entertainment.(This is a fixed-term contract position of 2-year with possibility for renewal subject to organisational needs and individual performance.)Responsibilities: Assisting in implementing marketing plans including production and coordination of promotional materials, outdoor ads, and in-district banners; Preparing procurement documents, finance, and budgeting reports; Handling ad hoc projects and departmental administration; Coordinating with programme teams on programme and event information; Providing support to the team for daily operation and logistics. Requirements: Possess a recognised university degree preferably in marketing, cultural management or related discipline;1-2 years relevant experience; experience in working with contractors, finance, and procurement teams is an added advantage; High proficiency in MS Office applications; knowledge in design and video editing software is a plus; Good communication and multi-tasking skills; Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
