We are presently seeking Workday Consultants for Finance in Hong Kong location. Location: Remote - Hong Kong. Job Type: Full-Time Responsibilities2 to 4 years of Workday Finance experience. Active Workday certification is a plus. Expertise in P2 P, Expenses, R2 R, Accounting, Banking, O2 C, C2 C, Knowledge on Settlement and other complex Finance solutions. Must have worked on one end-to-end implementation and support Workday projects with hands-on experience in the deployment process. Collaborate with the Client’s Project team, HR, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and translate them into effective Workday configurations and solutions. Utilize consulting abilities, business acumen, and specialized solution proficiency to seamlessly integrate the functionalities into the client's business ecosystem, ensuring the attainment of the client's expected business result. Optimize and maintain the Workday system, ensuring data integrity, system security, and compliance with regulatory standards. Conduct health checks for clients that are already live on Workday, resulting in defining a roadmap for Workday optimization. Stay updated on Workday releases and enhancements to provide proactive recommendations to clients. Ability to absorb new technologies and features quickly. Good oral, written communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations. Adaptable communicator, facilitator, influencer, and problem solver. Fluent in English and Chinese. Ability to multi-task and prioritize time effectively.
