Client:  Our client is a leading US based medical manufacturer with a strong presence in the market. To cope with rapid growth of the business, they are now recruiting for a Financial Controller to manage the finance team.    Responsibilities:  Manage a sizable team to drive the group financial and management reporting in accordance to corporate standards Lead financial planning cycle, ensuring timely completion and accurate forecasting; provided monthly and quarterly variance analyses and financial matrix Conduct thorough review on financial performance of manufacturing operation Manage cash, liquidity and treasury functions  Work closely with management team on new company strategic initiatives  Collaborate with business units and strategy teams to identify potential M&A  Build and develop financial, valuation and M&A models and performing financial analysis Participate in business development feasibility study, due diligence review, business integration / liquidation and ad hoc business project Identify internal control deficiencies and provide recommendation to improve operational excellence Perform risk assessment on overall group's operation as well as implementing risk control policies and procedures   Requirements:  Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting  Qualified Accountant with combination of external audit and in-house accounting experiences Knowledge and experience implementing accounting and financial processes and controls  Exposure in manufacturing/ medical industry would be a plus Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive with strong business acumen Occasion travelling is required  Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin   If you are interested in finding out more about this career opportunity, please email your resume to Shelley Siu, shelley.siu@charterhouse.com.hk  Web: www.charterhouse.com.hk   Charterhouse Partnership Hong Kong is here to assist you in your job search.
