Oversee all financial accounting functions, including month-end closing, consolidation, and statutory reporting.
Lead the annual budgeting process and provide detailed quarterly forecasting and variance analysis.
Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, financial reporting, and other statutory requirements.
Manage cash flow, treasury functions, and capital expenditure assessments for new medical equipment or facility upgrades.
Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
Drive process improvements and enhance internal control frameworks to mitigate financial risks.
Provide strategic financial advice to the senior management team to support business decision‑making in tendering and project management.
skills & experience required.
Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline.
Professional qualification such as CPA or ACCA is mandatory.
Minimum of 15 years of relevant accounting and finance experience, with at least 4 years in a managerial capacity.
Previous experience within the healthcare, engineering or construction industry is highly preferred.
Immediately available or on a very short notice period.
Strong command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team effectively.
