They are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join their team to enhance the finance function, improve internal efficiency, and support strategic business initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, management accounting, and cost control, along with experience in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and mid-cap companies. Position Responsibilities Report directly to the Group CFOOversee the entire accounting function, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. Conduct internal audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure robust financial controls. Improve the management accounting system, focusing on forecasting, cash flow management, control processes, and data transparency. Implement risk management strategies and act as a gatekeeper for financial controls. Collaborate with the CFO to develop and execute financial strategies that align with business objectives. Enhance internal efficiency by optimizing finance systems and processes. Provide professional advisory, training, and coaching to the finance team. Maintain strong relationships with investors, banks, and regulatory bodies. Support the setup of family office and channel referral cooperation in the Greater Bay Area. Consolidate transfer pricing and improve procurement and supply chain business activities. Position Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, along with a CPA or equivalent qualification. Over 10 years of experience in accounting and finance, focusing on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and mid-cap companies. Experience working with HK-listed companies. Strong understanding of supply chain, production, marketing, and distribution processes is essential. Strong technical accounting skills with experience in management accounting, cost control, and financial oversight. Proven experience in liaising with manufacturing factories and handling procurement. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
