Assist the Store Manager to develop and implement appropriate plans and procedures to support the strategies of the Company and to ensure the sales targets of the store is fulfilled.
Closely manage, communicate and liaise with all the frontline staff of the store to understand the daily store operations. Motivate and assess their work performance and progress.
Maintain a good interpersonal relations with external parties (i.e. customers, suppliers, vendors, etc.) to sustain a good corporate relationship with and for the image of the Company.
Assist to maintain smooth operation, planning, administration and all resources distribution of the store to sustain the level of efficiency and quality of services.
Supervise and handle customer complaints and appreciation, whenever necessary.
Diploma/Degree holder with 5 years of retail shop supervisory experience
Mature, independent, proactive and possess good communication skills
Computer literate, simple input & able to interpret POS inventory systems reports
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is a plus
Shift duty is required
Immediately available is highly preferred
Candidates with less experience may be considered as Assistant Floor Manager
