Job Description - Foreman (Residential) (Ref: 2500001 O)Responsibilities Perform routine repair and maintenance at the Corporation’s managed residential property including monitoring contractors’/workers’ performance for central air-conditioning systems, automatic control systems, water supply and drainage systems, fire protection systems, electrical and mechanical equipment and general control circuits. Coordinate with respective units on work schedules and commissioning to ensure compliance with the corporate safety requirements. Handle related documentation and attend emergency repairs as required. Requirements Craft Certificate or relevant certificates in a related engineering discipline. Possession of Grade B Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker. A minimum of 6 years' relevant work experience. Candidates with lower qualifications or less experience will be considered for the Assistant Foreman position. Remarks The above position offers a Joining Bonus of $12,000, subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant programme.
