Job Description Responsible to all-round front desk duties in a professional and polite manner, including guests greeting, booking management, guests enquiries and emails handling, cashier, data entry, etc.
Requirements Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines; Positive attitude, customer-oriented and a good team player; Able to work independently; Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English; Shift duty is required; With hotel customer service experience would be an advantage; Immediate availability is highly preferred.
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Front Office Supervisor Fresh Graduates are welcome.
