Front Desk Manager / Front Desk Supervisor (5-days work week)
Job Duties:
Responsible for the supervision of Front Desk operations
Provide guest services for customers including check‑in and check‑out services
Ensure smooth Front Desk operations and customer satisfaction
Maintain and control the room status
Job Requirements:
Diploma holder in Hospitality Management
Minimum 3 years working experience in hotel front office
Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
Less experienced candidates will be considered for Front Desk Supervisor
