The Role We are seeking an experienced and meticulous Assistant Vice President (AVP), Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic technology team.
You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining robust systems that directly support our core trading, account management, and financial operations.
Key Responsibilities• Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack applications and microservices.• Collaborate with business and operations teams to translate requirements for trading, cash deposits, and account opening processes into technical solutions.• Build and maintain high-performance, secure, and scalable front-end interfaces and back-end services.• Ensure system reliability, data integrity, and compliance with the firm's technology standards.• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems, providing production support.
Required Qualifications & Skills• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in full stack development.• Prior experience within the financial services industry is mandatory.• Solid understanding of financial operations, **including trading systems, cash deposits, and account opening processes.• Technical Proficiency:o Frontend: , , Vue 2.0, , Fluttero Backend & APIs: Java Spring Boot, Python, Graph QL, Protobufo Databases: My SQL, Postgre SQL, Rediso Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS, Alicloud, Tencent Cloudo Messaging/Streaming & Tools: Kafka, MQTT, n8n, Difyo Dev Ops: Jenkins, Docker, Github, Gitlabo AI Tools: Cursor, Qoder • Language Skills: Fluency in both Mandarin and English is required for effective communication with regional teams and stakeholders.
