Provide functional support to Master Data workstream for Programme Bamboo ERP transformation, focusing on aligning stakeholders on data definitions, business rules, and end-to-end process impacts across systems. The role ensures master data is clearly defined, consistently applied, and aligned with to-be Bamboo design (Oracle Retail MFCS/RPCS) and its integration with downstream systems. The role supports data conversion and SIT/UAT testing by providing functional requirements, mapping logic, and validation. Key Responsibilities Align business and downstream system stakeholders on master data definitions, business rules, data standards, and ownership Facilitate workshops and decision forums to resolve cross-functional and cross-system gaps Define to-be master data structures, attributes, and business rules aligned with Bamboo design Assess and communicate end-to-end process impacts of data design decisions Define cross-system data mapping and transformation logic and identify gaps between current and target state Recommend and align required changes across data, process, and system configuration Provide functional requirements, mapping logic, and validation rules for data migration Collaborate with Data Conversion team to validate migrated data and support business sign-off Ensure alignment between legacy data, to-be Bamboo design and downstream system usage Ensure SIT/UAT test data reflects agreed business rules and supports end-to-end scenarios Lead functional defect triage and identify root causes across data, design, and process Define data validation rules and support data quality, cleansing, and governance setup Master data definitions, business rules, and governance model To-be data mapping and transformation specifications Process impact assessment and change recommendations SIT/UAT aligned test data Data defect logs with root cause classification Cutover data readiness and sign-off Skills & Experience8–12+ years in ERP functional roles, preferably Retail / FMCGExperience in ERP transformation (Oracle Retail / SAP)Strong experience in stakeholder alignment, business rule definition, and data mapping Experience supporting data migration and SIT/UATUnderstanding of downstream systems such as POS, promotion engines, and finance integration Strong stakeholder management and facilitation Ability to connect data, system functionality, and business processes Analytical and structured problem-solving Ability to challenge and drive alignment Attention to data accuracy, consistency, and usability Success Measures Alignment and sign-off of data definitions and mapping Reduction in data-related defects Effective SIT/UAT execution Smooth data flow and stability at go-live
