Job Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership of the IT Department to align with business strategies, drive digital transformation and improve operational efficiency Spearhead the design, development, deployment, optimization, and implementation of IT systems supporting diverse needs of business units Oversee procurement and vendor management, lead quality and efficiency improvement initiatives (PMO), and ensure effective cost control across business operations Ensure the company is in compliance with cybersecurity, data protection and other regulatory requirements in both Hong Kong and Mainland China Formulate, update and review IT-related policies and guidelines for operational excellence Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines Proven experience in leading IT function, especially in cross-border team and vendor management between HK and Mainland China is highly preferred Excellent leadership, risk management, communication and presentation skills, problem-solving skills Able to work under pressure with accountability Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin Familiarity with mainland China writing formats is a plus Immediate availability is preferred
