Responsibilities

Perform strategic leadership and support the development and execution of global and local sales and marketing activities;
Design annual sales and marketing plans for global and local sales offices to contribute to the Company’s annual plan and increase brand awareness in local markets;
Oversee the operation of the B2 C system and platform, including functionalities such as promotion, product development, and order processing;
Ensure all platform configurations and information are correct and compliant with local regulations;
Identify business opportunities to achieve PRASK and POS targets;
Implement strategies to increase sales performance across various channels;
Manage distribution channels and build relationships with BSP agents and corporate customers;
Collaborate on joint promotional sales and marketing events to increase market share;
Oversee in-bond sales performance and optimize channel management;
Maintain relationships with government authorities, companies, and organizations;
Perform weak flight analysis, develop tactical sales plans, and supervise work tasks;
Handle ad-hoc tasks as required.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field;
At least 10 years of relevant experience in airline commercial or revenue management, including 3 years in a managerial role;
Strong sales or business development experience with good industry knowledge;
Experience in team management and development;
Strong negotiation and analytical skills;
Ability to work under pressure with excellent multitasking and organizational skills;
Proficiency in English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
Proficiency in MS Office.
