Key Responsibilities:· Lead and oversee all software development projects and coordinate with internal teams and external software vendors.· Ensure efficient project execution, adherence to timelines, and delivery of high-quality software solutions and digital transformation advice.· Collaborate closely with clients, vendors, and project teams to monitor progress, resolve issues, and uphold product quality and QA standards.· Develop and execute the company's expansion strategy into One Belt One Road (OBOR) countries.· Identify OBOR target markets, assess opportunities, and establish partnerships or operational presence.· Manage resource allocation and teams for international expansion projects.· Provide leadership to all employees and foster a positive, productive work environment.· Support staff development through coaching, mentorship, and reinforcement of company culture and values.
