Your role: We are looking for a high-impact Equity Finance Sales professional to aggressively grow and scale our Client Financing and Delta One franchise across the region. This is a revenue-driving role for a proven commercial operator who can deepen cross‑border relationships with global clients, convert market intelligence into actionable trade ideas, and consistently deliver results. You will leverage deep market expertise, strong client connectivity, and strategic execution to position the platform as a core partner to sophisticated investors.
Key Responsibilities
Own and accelerate growth of the Client Financing and Delta One business across APAC, with a clear focus on revenue, wallet share, and cross‑border penetration
Be the primary advisor and solution provider to global clients, delivering differentiated market intelligence and sharp trade ideas
Proactively originate, build, and monetize client relationships by deeply understanding investment objectives, risk constraints, and return drivers
Stay ahead of market dynamics, regulatory developments, and product innovation, translating change into commercial opportunity
Convert market events, research views, and positioning insights into actionable recommendations that help clients generate alpha
Drive solutions in close partnership with trading, research, product, and structuring teams to deliver seamless, end‑to‑end execution

Based in Hong Kong, you will join a high‑performing, high‑caliber Capital Markets Financing Distribution team focused on delivering customized solutions across single stocks, indices, and futures. The team operates in a fast‑paced, competitive, and results‑oriented environment, combining best‑in‑class execution with deep fundamental research. Your expertise
8+ years’ experience in equities sales and/or trading, with broad exposure to equity derivatives, financing, and Delta One products; strong APAC experience preferred
Deep, hands‑on understanding of APAC equity markets and client behavior across cycles
Extensive experience covering hedge fund and quantitative clients, with strong command of financing structures, balance sheet usage, and regulatory considerations
Proven track record of revenue generation, client acquisition, and franchise building
Strong commercial instincts with the ability to identify opportunities, build conviction, and execute against a clear business plan
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently while thriving in a collaborative, high‑performance team environment
Highly driven, competitive, and resilient, with the credibility to build long‑term senior‑level client relationships
Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with confident selling and high‑impact presentation capabilities
Additional language skills (Mandarin, Japanese, or other Asian languages) are a strong advantage given regional coverage
Uncompromising professionalism, combined with authenticity and strong interpersonal presence
