Scope of Program: This position is targeting high-caliber fresh graduates of reputable universities or those graduates with less than 2 years’ working experience. The total duration of the management trainee program is 24 months with a comprehensive learning program, including the approved Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (“HKIE”) Scheme A Program and a job rotation plan covering major functional areas in TKE Hong Kong. Upon completion of the program, the management trainee will be appointed to a specific position based on his/her performance and capability. Progressive management trainee graduates will eventually take up management roles and/or attain professional qualifications. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering accredited by the HKIE. Keen to build a career in the elevator industry. Enjoy working with people and have good interpersonal skills. Presentable, innovative, self-motivated with confidence and maturity. Proficiency in spoken and written English and Cantonese; knowledge in Mandarin is an advantage.
