Postdoctoral Fellow – Centre for Virology, Vaccinology and Therapeutics (CVVT)

Duration: 3 years, from as soon as possible.
The Postdoctoral Fellow will work in collaboration with research teams focused on protein modelling and de‑novo protein design. The role is a key contributor to the development of novel therapeutic approaches.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on protein modelling, de‑novo protein design, and related computational studies.
Apply, test, and refine computational tools such as PMNN, ESM2, and RFdiffusion to support virology and vaccine research.
Generate research publications and contribute to grant applications.
Qualifications
Ph. D. in Bioinformatics, Computing/Programming, or a closely related field.
Strong background in computational biology and protein structure analysis.
Experience with PMNN, ESM2, RFdiffusion or similar deep‑learning models is advantageous.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
