We are seeking a strategic Procurement Manager to lead sourcing initiatives and oversee the inventory management of OS&E within our restaurant operations. Job Summary The Procurement Manager will drive procurement strategies for raw materials for construction, consumables, flatware and plateware and so forth from mainland and overseas. You will be responsible for ensuring that all operating supplies and equipment—ranging from production inputs to finished goods destined for our properties—are sourced cost-effectively, stocked efficiently, and available when needed. This role requires a unique blend of hospitality quality standards and manufacturing inventory discipline. Key Responsibilities Ensuring that our sourcing operates seamlessly to support our restaurants. Strategic sourcing & procurement of OS&E including flatware, plateware and glassware for restaurants and bars. OS&E inventory management (within warehouse). Qualifications Education & Experience5–7 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or inventory management. Hospitality industry experience is strongly preferred, with demonstrated understanding of OS&E categories (linens, amenities, F&B service ware, FF&E components, etc.). Proven experience managing inventory in a factory, warehouse, or central distribution environment is essential. Skills & Competencies Hospitality Acumen: Familiarity with brand standards, guest-facing quality expectations, and the unique supply chain demands of hotels. Inventory Expertise: Strong grasp of inventory control principles, turnover optimization, and demand forecasting for OS&E. Problem-Solving: Capacity to balance production needs with property requirements while maintaining cost and quality discipline.
