Job Overview
Headland Hotel is looking for a proactive & organized Housekeeping Coordinator to support smooth operation of our housekeeping team. This role involves updating room status, assigning tasks, handling guest inquiries, & coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless daily operations.
Responsibilities
Update room status & assign cleaning tasks to Room Attendant
Handle guest inquiries, lost & found & respond professionally
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations
Support administrative tasks including key control, security protocols, & report preparation
Requirements
The Non‑Negotiables (Must‑Have)
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role in a sizeable hotel
Solid understanding of housekeeping procedures & operations
Service‑oriented, independent & good telephone manner
Good command of Chinese (both Cantonese & Mandarin) & English
The Cherries On Top (Nice‑to‑Have)
Certificate or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
A team player with strong communication & organizational skills
