How you will create impact:• Drive the HR planning & controlling process aligned to business plan and compliance requirements• Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the planning & controlling process in collaboration with key stakeholders• Draw insights from critical assessment and analysis of headcount budgets, cost projection and trends to facilitate key resourcing decisions• Manage overall budget in line with forecast process and timelines• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of cost drivers and its interdependenciesHow you will experience success with us:• At least 5 years of experience in cost planning & controlling or related areas such as Financial Planning & Analysis or Business Analysis• Exceptionally well-organized with an aptitude for data; strong data analytical skills, including advanced knowledge of MS Word and Excel, SAP• Able to develop strong, cooperative relationships with stakeholders• Ability to prioritize work, solve problems independently and proactively; results-driven within a matrixed and fast paced environment• Good understanding of HR function can be an advantage• Self-motivated with a strong growth mindset and learning agility LEARN MORE ABOUT LIFE AT RICHEMONT AND OUR MAISONS BELOW
