As HR Manager, you will take ownership of all aspects of Human Resources, including but not limited to talent acquisition / recruiting, employee career guidance, performance management & review cycles, employment cycle changes, and facility management for the APAC team at Vyond. Position Overview We’re seeking a skilled HR Manager to manage Human Resources services, policies, programs, and processes. As HR Manager, you will take ownership of all aspects of Human Resources, including but not limited to talent acquisition / recruiting, employee career guidance, performance management & review cycles, employment cycle changes, and facility management for the APAC team at Vyond. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management and department heads at our US and Hong Kong offices to develop and reinforce metric-quantifiable policies and practices that promote a culture of empowerment, quality, productivity, and growth and in addition to supporting the business needs of the company. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and monitor overall HR services, policies, programs, and processes across the organization as aligned with Vyond’s business objectives. Establish and manage the talent acquisition / recruitment process. Administer benefits programs such as health and dental insurance plans, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance. Manage regional employee communication. Implement and manage a performance review and appraisal system and establish tools and references for employee career development. Partner with department heads to design training programs to address to employee growth needs, including onboarding, work environment, and career development opportunities. Document new policies and guidelines with respect to company objectives, and advise management on decision-making through data and metrics of personnel related data, such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and attrition, etc. rates. Provide regular visibility and reporting to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory concerns throughout human resource management and advise management on organization policy matters, such as equal employment opportunity, labor relations, employee relations, etc. Promote a positive working environment and culture of employee safety, welfare, health, and wellness. Provide employee guidance including general HR employee services, counseling, performance guidance, and relationship management, and disciplinary procedures. Requirements BS/MS degree in Human Resources or related field Proven working experience as HR Manager or HR executive Working in-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices Expertise in effectively building and managing interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company Experience with process improvement and conflict resolution People-oriented and results-driven problem-solver Demonstrable experience of results through human resources metrics Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Good command of Mandarin, Cantonese, and English All applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
