Responsibilities

Provide support in HR day-to-day operations
Support HR digital transformation projects through HRIS systems (data analytics)
Assist in HR system implementation
Handle inquiries and information requests from internal and external parties
Assist in preparing HR reports for management review
Assist in HR ad-hoc projects as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

University graduate in Human Resources, Computer Studies, or related discipline
Minimum 2 years of HR-related experience, preferably in banking & financial services industry
Hands-on experience in HRIS projects support and implementation is highly preferred
Good organizational and analytical skills, sensitive to figures, and well-versed in employment-related ordinances
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
